Get your dog dressed up in their best (or funniest!) Halloween outfit, post your video on TikTok, and you could win one of five Ponky Dog Goody Bags worth £30 each — packed full of tasty treats, fun toys, and Halloween happiness.

Ponky Dog Halloween Costume Challenge – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The competition is run by Kevin and Elvis Ltd, 40 Porth Bean Road, Newquay, Cornwall, United Kingdom, TR7 3JE, United Kingdom (“Trading as Ponky Dog”).
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over

Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

One entry per TikTok account. Employees of Ponky Dog or its affiliates are not eligible to win.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, you must:

Follow @PonkyDog on TikTok.

Share the official Ponky Dog competition video.

Post your own TikTok video showing your dog dressed for Halloween.
- Include the hashtag #PonkyDog and tag @PonkyDog in your caption.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Competition Period
Entries open from Thursday 23rd October and close at 11:59 PM on 2nd November 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
5. Selection of Winners
Five winners will be selected by a judging panel from Ponky Dog based on:

Creativity of costume (40%)

Entertainment value of video (30%)
-
Relevance to Halloween theme (20%)

Overall presentation (10%)
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes
Each winner will receive one Ponky Dog Goody Bag worth £30 RRP, containing a mix of Ponky Dog poo bags and accessories.

There are five prizes in total.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via TikTok direct message within 3 days of the competition closing. Winners must respond within 7 days with a valid UK delivery address. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Ponky Dog reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of confirmation of winners’ delivery addresses. Ponky Dog is not responsible for any delays or loss due to postal or courier services.
9. Content Rights
By entering, you grant Ponky Dog a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, and use your video (with credit to your TikTok handle) across Ponky Dog’s social media channels, website, and marketing materials.
10. TikTok Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, TikTok.
11. Data Protection
Personal data supplied will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and prize fulfilment. Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for delivery of prizes.
12. General
Ponky Dog reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
